This module covers sales enablement maturity, the strategic role of sales, building a high-performance sales culture, different sales leadership styles, transformational sales leadership and designing compelling sales strategies to drive sales performance.
This module teaches you how to define the type of sales talents you need, acquire sales talents effectively with the 4S framework, designing your sales team’s compensation program and leveraging on the science in psychology in motivating and retaining sales talents.
This module teaches you how to choose the right sales strategy, build an effective sales pipeline management (sales target setting, measuring & tracking sales performance), essential sales coaching techniques to improve sales productivity and designing your game plan for success.
