Assessment & Certification

Trainer's Biography

Amelia Ching is a financial IT veteran with over 25 years’ experience. Previously the Head of Risk and Control for Citibank’s Treasury and Trade Solutions Group, her role included IT service management, application production, IT outsourcing management, global internet application Operational Readiness Management and the setup of Global and Regional Application command centre. Amelia has been instrumental in the design and delivery of SMU Academy’s technology related programs, facilitating and delivering both public and custom trainings and consultancy for the academy.

 

Wong Tew Kiat has over 25 years’ experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery and Data Centre Management.  Currently the Managing Director of Organisation Resilience Management Pte Ltd, he has helped both public and private sectors in the implementation of BCM systems, ISO Certifications, and consultancy services in BCM, data centre, emergency, pandemic preparedness and resiliency related matters. Tew Kiat was previously with SCS, NCS and Singtel, as Service Delivery Director, managing the disaster recovery and business continuity services for over 60 financial institutions and government agencies. Tew Kiat is an active speaker and trainer for several conferences and workshops in Singapore, China and Taiwan.
