SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funding for Individuals:

  • S$513.60 (including GST) for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents
  • S$193.60 (including GST) for Singapore Citizens aged 40 years and above

Funding

Course fee grant at 70% of course fees (excluding GST) for participants who are successfully enrolled by SMU into approved courses under the Programme. Participants must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.


SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy ("MCES")
Up to 90% of course fees for Singapore Citizens aged 40 years and above


Enhanced Training Support for SMEs ("ETSS")
Up to 90% of course fees; and 80% of basic hourly salary capped at $7.50/hr for local employees of SMEs

Speaker/Trainer Bio

Dr Massimo is a passionate educator with 20 years of experience in the corporate and education space. He is skilled in Emphatic Communication, Leadership, Negotiation, Marketing and Business Intelligence. He has worked in large-scale projects in commercial communications with Fortune 500 companies such as Unilever, Fiat, BMW and Nestle.

 

Dr Massimo has been awarded the highest academic distinction in the French academic university system – Tres Honorable avec Felicitations du Jury for his Ph.D.  He has a unique ability to bridge science/technology and creative thinking to add value to business from his extensive experience in academia and consultancy with Fortune 500 companies.  He is a researcher with more than 100 publications; of which 30 publications are in theoretical or applied Mathematical Statistics. He has also conducted Ergonomic research in Systemic and Modelling. Dr Massimo has also framed and directed more than 200 projects between the university and the commercial space.

 

 

His research interests include:

  • Industrial safety and Artificial intelligence
  • Dynamic Ergonomics
  • Empathic communications
