Learn how to estimate demand and market share, conclude on financial potential, and assess the risks of new business idea. On top of lecturers and class exercises, you will be engaged in the group discussion, deepening your knowledge through trial and error, and take on the perspectives of corporate venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs or agents for innovation in larger corporation.
Offered by the same faculty under SMU's Graduate Certificate in innovation and SMU's Master of Science in Innovation, this course aims to expose participants to key concepts in innovation that can be readily translated into practical business cases themselves and the organizations that they work in.
