You will appreciate the building blocks of the innovation process and how to transform your organization to be ‘innovation ready’. Participants will also learn the key components of an innovation management system and will be able to define your ‘innovation buckets’ to prioritize resources to support these endeavours. How innovation can support corporate strategies and the ability for governance mechanisms to shepherd innovation project will be explored and explained.
