This course will give participants a general overview of data innovation as a business opportunity. During the course, participants will be given the keys to identify a data-related business opportunity, to formulate their data-related business strategy. They will learn how to use data insights to determine the resources and finances they will place behind those innovative ideas that accelerate good business decisions and therefore better customer service and experience.
