When data breach strikes as crisis for organisations, the cost of damage is not just in dollars but in trust and intrusion of privacy. As response teams pick up on the digital prints of crime, they must also ensure that companies and stakeholders do not lose trust, and work to improve on data protection solutions.

This module teaches participants how to reduce impact to their organisation and stakeholders in the event of a data breach. Participants will learn about the major issues and challenges, how to manage perceptions and reputations, manage stakeholder communication and understand the hallmarks of a well-handled crisis.
