Overview
Module 3 – 6 must be taken within the same intake.
Learning Objectives
- Understand what virtual production is, the different variations and applications
- Know the production process, the hardware, and the software
- Understand the application of theoretical concepts in practice for webinars
- Know how to interface between vision mixing software and video conferencing platforms. Practical application of using stream keys to send streams to streaming platforms such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch or custom RTMP servers.
- Understand how to generate broadcast and branding assets, key views, themes - using online tools to enhance the production quality, to create a professional look and feel
- Learn how to live stream a self-produced programme from home
Topic/Structure
- Introduction to virtual production and its interdisciplinary nature
- Overview of the necessary hardware required for virtual production, explanation of the different types of software and online resources and overview of the production team's roles and responsibilities (The hardware, software and ‘heartware’)
- Behind-the-scenes look at the process of creating a virtual production.
- Discussion of sourcing production assets, such as royalty-free music, images, videos, and creating graphic elements like lower thirds, alpha, and chroma keys.

CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of all 6 modules within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital Advanced Certificate in Virtual Production.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
