Overview
In this module, participants will learn how to enhance the performance of eCommerce sales by understanding more about current customers and their interactions with products. Participants will also learn about the processes, tools, and metrics for setting up customer and product analysis and receive dashboard templates that will help them track customer and product information more effectively.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
