Overview
This course teaches participants how to prepare and analyse event budgets, and perform profit and loss projections for an event idea. Participants will be guided through a step-by- step process to explore how events and projects can reduce costs and improve yield, and whether partnerships with other companies can help achieve the overall project goals.

Upon completion of all modules required for this programme within a maximum duration of 3 years, participants will be awarded a digital certificate.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
