There are no prerequisites for this programme. Prior knowledge on any of the topics is not required. 

Overview

Generative AI can streamline content creation for multiple channels, optimising it for each platform while maintaining consistent messaging. This means maximising resources and reducing time spent on content creation, freeing you up to craft the perfect marketing strategy, likely involving Generative AI.

Specifically tailored for marketing professionals, this module allows participants to master the use of the latest techniques and tools in Generative AI and gain hands-on experience in applying Generative AI to optimise their marketing campaigns and grow their business exponentially.

At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Generative AI and its game-changing applications in digital marketing
  • Learn how to use Generative AI to create personalised content, automate processes and enhance customer engagement
  • Implement Generative AI in digital marketing campaigns through hands-on activities and case studies
  • Understand ethical considerations and responsible use of Generative AI in digital marketing
  • Gain confidence in navigating the complex landscape of AI-powered marketing with integrity and expertise

Assessment

As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.

Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

  • Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
  • Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million

  • Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
