Overview

In this module, participants will gain insights into the role and impact of influencers, and learn how to identify and cultivate relationships with the right influencers tailored to specific business niches or products. Participants will also learn practical guidelines and best practices for effective content creation and strategies in collaboration with influencers. Besides, they will also be taught the importance of key performance indicators (KPIs) in measuring the success of influencer campaigns and acquire the skills to track and analyse influencer marketing metrics using cutting-edge tools and methodologies.  

 

Learning Objectives

At the end of the 1-day module, participants will be able to:

  • Gain an understanding of the role and impact of influencers in today's digital landscape
  • Identify and build relationships with the right influencers for specific business niches or products
  • Formulate strategies for developing influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Learn about content creation guidelines and best practices for influencer collaborations
  • Gain an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring influencer campaign success
  • Learn how to use the tools and methodologies for tracking and analysing influencer marketing metrics

Assessment

As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.

Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

  • Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
  • Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
  • Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
  • Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
