3.5 hours: Synchronous e-Learning (Weekday, 9am-12.30pm)
3.5 hours: Asynchronous e-Learning
7 hours: Classroom Training (Weekday, 9am-5pm)
Who Should Attend
This programme is aimed at educators and organisational leaders who are keen to understand and leverage Edtech to innovate from within the institutions and learning organisations. The programme is specifically designed for those who seek to integrate new technologies and tools into the learning process.
PREREQUISITES
Participants should preferably be an educator or leader of a school, university, learning teams/ organisation, or Edtech startups.
Overview
From enhancing collaboration through digital learning spaces to fostering active discussions, Module 4 delves deeper into the ways Edtech and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions can be successfully implemented to enhance teaching and learning experiences. Participants will explore a range of tools, platforms and strategies catering to different educational settings, from traditional classrooms to online and blended learning environments. By understanding the pedagogical benefits of Edtech and AI and its potential to transform the classroom, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively integrate technology into their teaching practices, leading to improved engagement, collaboration, and achievement, making education more accessible, engaging, and effective.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:
- Learn about digital tools and resources for online learning
- Understand how Edtech and AI innovations can transform the classroom setting
- Refine the approach for creating diverse learning experiences
- Learn to leverage on the practical implementation of learning analytics in educational contexts
- Understand the impact of embedded learning on learner engagement and outcomes
Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

SkillsFuture Credit
Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
