PREREQUISITES

Participants should preferably be an educator or leader of a school, university, learning teams/ organisation, or Edtech startups.

Overview

In Module 5, participants will explore the pillars of a successful implementation of Edtech and artificial intelligence (AI) in education institutions: developing an Edtech and AI strategy, assessing the infrastructure required, understanding the impact on people and roles, and managing risks. Participants will learn about the opportunities and challenges when developing an implementation plan for the institution. They will learn how the establishment of innovation labs within institutions are testbeds of positive change, creating more dynamic education systems and models that are capable of meeting the complex and rapidly changing requirements of the job markets of the future. By fostering a culture of innovation, institutions can create an environment that encourages experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Embracing Edtech and AI not only prepares institutions for the challenges and opportunities of the current AI climate but also position them at the forefront of educational advancement, equipping participants with the necessary skills for success in the digital age.
