Who Should Attend

This programme is aimed at educators and organisational leaders who are keen to understand and leverage Edtech to innovate from within the institutions and learning organisations. The programme is specifically designed for those who seek to integrate new technologies and tools into the learning process.

PREREQUISITES

Participants should preferably be an educator or leader of a school, university, learning teams/ organisation, or Edtech startups.

Overview

In Module 6, participants will learn to apply knowledge of Edtech concepts to real-life cases, which is of paramount importance in developing a well-rounded understanding of the field. By applying knowledge to analyse and evaluate these cases, participants gain practical insights into the complexities and nuances of Edtech implementation. This process enhances their problem-solving and critical thinking abilities as they navigate real-life challenges and propose effective solutions.

At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:

Apply knowledge of Edtech concepts to analyse and evaluate real-life use cases
Enhance problem-solving and critical thinking abilities through the analysis of real-life Edtech challenges
Strengthen collaboration and teamwork skills by working effectively in groups
Demonstrate effective presentation and communication skills by sharing findings and recommendations

Assessment

As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.

Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.
