Learn to critique conventional leadership paradigms and juxtapose them with the innovative principles of quantum leadership.
OCTAVE Institute was founded in 1995 by Chavalit Frederick Tsao, a fourth-generation steward of a family business that has flourished for over a century. The family owes its success to a set of principles and practices that Chavalit believes can contribute towards the shifting of consciousness for Humanity. OCTAVE Institute is the manifestation of those principles and what Chavalit envisions to be the School of Life for the New Era; one that embraces coherence, wholeness, sustainability, and the purpose-led leader.
Embedded in the Stewardship of Life Program are a series of experiential programs and modules designed to shift consciousness, build leadership and management skills for corporate executives and family business leaders, essential in a post AI world, to guide leaders towards discovering their purpose and true self.
OCTAVE Institute has also commissioned over 40 books and published numerous articles and research papers on well-being, sustainability, mindfulness and the shifting of consciousness.
