Overview

From ChatGPT and DALL-E 2 to Google's newly launched Gemini AI model, the increased accessibility and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in businesses is proving to redefine our workdays. With AI revolutionising the brainstorming process for businesses and innovators, entrepreneurs now face the challenge of staying ahead of the game.

This course is designed to unlock participants' business potential with AI, introducing them to practical applications that can supercharge their business operations, strategies and marketing. This isn't about replacing human expertise; it's about complementing it. Through this course, participants will learn how to employ AI to streamline processes, enhance creativity, make data-driven decisions, and revolutionise their marketing efforts.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the 1-day course, participants will be able to:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) like ChatGPT and their applications in business
  • Master artificial intelligence (AI) driven content creation techniques to produce authentic, engaging material that resonates with your audience
  • Learn how to utilise AI in devising and executing effective marketing strategies tailored to your business needs
  • Develop skills to make data-driven decisions using AI tools, enhancing accuracy and reducing reliance on guesswork
  • Explore the top AI tools beyond ChatGPT, and build an optimal tech-stack for your business needs

Assessment

As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.

Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)

  • Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
  • Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
  • Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
  • Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
