A Course on Speaking with Clarity and Confidence for Corporate Leaders, Professionals, and Executives
“Your written words reflect your thought process. Your spoken words say who you are.”
- Prof Lim Soo Ping
Do you find it challenging to speak out in a meeting? Do you wish for more confidence in speaking to an audience, or need guidance in speech writing? Generally, do you want to be more effective in oral communication in professional, workplace and social settings?
Being able to speak with clarity and confidence enables one to be persuasive, develop trust and understanding, make connections, inspire action for work excellence and have better work and personal relationships.
And as the course instructor says in his opinion-editorial in the Business Times (22 July 2024), “speaking to the heart is good business”.
At a time when AI is challenging job retention, oral communication skills have also become more imperative.
THE COURSE
The course, CLEARLY SPEAK, teaches the principles and techniques for speaking clearly and confidently in a variety of corporate, management and social situations.
It is of particular benefit to (a) corporate leaders and senior executives who speak to large audiences, (b) speech writers, and (c) professionals with a role to inspire good communication skills, e.g., teachers and leadership coachers.
In the course, you will engage in a dynamic and interactive learning experience. This includes discussions and practical exercises.
You will also acquire a practice regime to continue with your learning journey after the course.
COURSE MATERIAL
Each course participant will receive a copy of Prof Lim’s bestseller, "Clearly Speak - Articulate With Confidence, Civility and Courage."
