THE COURSE

The course, CLEARLY SPEAK, teaches principles and techniques for speaking clearly and confidently in a variety of corporate management as well as social situations.
Through lecture, discussions and exercises, you will engage in a dynamic and intensive learning experience. You will also be taught a practice regime that would help transform you to a more confident speaker in your profession and in life.
COURSE MATERIAL
Course participants will receive the course power-point slides.
They will also receive a copy of The Sunday Times bestseller, "Clearly Speak - Articulate with Confidence, Civility and Courage” authored by the course instructor. It is a new edition of the book released in November 2024.

Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.
