Overview

Knowing fundamentals and trends in digital commerce is key to the success of the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) business. The digital commerce industry is where big data thrives. It is imperative that analysts understand the business requirements before they can solve any issues. In digital commerce analytics, data is gathered from all parts of an online business and used to create data-driven decisions that drive more online sales by understanding trends and changing customer behaviour.

In this programme, learn to analyse key metrics in digital commerce and understand the concept of e-Commerce Conversion Funnels. Additionally, develop data analysis skills and understand customer needs to make better strategic decisions.

CERTIFICATION

As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course.
