Overview

Due to the changes in a customer’s shopping habits, integrating online retail to your offline business and vice versa becomes a necessity. In this course, participants will have good knowledge of Omni-channel marketing.

Participants will cover the different online and offline factors that impact conversion rate and the importance of delivering omni-channel experiences which can help empower consumer choice. It’s a matter of connecting the dots to see what will drive sales.

At the end of the module, they will be equipped with value chain calculation know-how and learn to write a winning business proposal that drives action.

Assessment

CERTIFICATION

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)

  • Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
  • Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
  • Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
  • Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
  • Trainees are eligible for ETSS funding only if their company's SME status is approved prior to the course commencement date. To verify your SME's status, please click here.

Kelvin Tan also holds extensive experience in SEO, SEM, Digital Marketing, Corporate Branding, Personal Branding and E-Commerce related areas. Kelvin holds an MBA from the University of Stirling under the National Retail Scholarship 2011 MBA programme. He is also a Google Certified Educator and holds DACE and ACTA qualifications.
