Identify and quantify any risk that affects your company’s business strategy, strategic objectives and strategy execution.
The SMU Academy Enterprise Risk Management Programme is designed and developed by established industry subject matter experts, practitioners of governance, risk management & compliance.
This programme is aligned to global best practices, offering participants a hands-on learning experience that is directly applicable to real-world scenarios. Rooted in practical application, the SMU Enterprise Risk Management programme integrates a curriculum enriched with authentic Asian case studies.
Additionally, selected elements of the programme are aligned with the Risk Management Society's Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP) curriculum, thereby offering participants a tangible pathway for career advancement through the RIMS-CRMP certification route.
This programme will be offered regionally in Asia Pacific.
Learning Objectives
The programme builds core competencies of board members, senior executives and professionals to support organisational resiliency in value creation and sustained corporate performance. Corporate leaders are also expected to fulfil stakeholder demands on economic, environmental and social impact.
Upon completion of the programme, participants immediately can apply globally recognised governance, risk management & compliance practices for their organisations.

Assessment
There will be a mini quiz at the end of each session. Participants will also be assessed based on their in-class participation and contribution.
CERTIFICATION
Participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of each module. In addition, an Executive Certificate in Risk Management Leadership will be conferred by SMU on participants who have completed all 3 modules within 2 years.

SkillsFuture Credit
Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
