Overview
The Thai supply chains are becoming more strategic than before. This 5-day internationalisation programme is focused on providing participants with experiential learning, incorporating case studies, panel discussions, site visits and class presentations.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the 5-day course, participants will be able to:
- Gain insights into new and diverse supply chain practices and approaches from Thailand and around the world
- Gain cultural awareness and understanding of different business environments
- Gain opportunity to network and collaborate with professionals and experts in the supply chain sector from Thailand and other countries
- Learn to think creatively and critically about challenges and opportunities in the supply chain sector
- Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills in the context of an international supply chain

Half-day Pre-Trip Workshop

Day 1 (Sunday):
- Arrive in Bangkok
- Networking Dinner
Day 2 (Monday):
- Opening Session: Role of Thailand in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Site Visit 1
Day 3 (Tuesday):
- Centralised Distribution Centre and eCommerce Development in Southeast Asia - The Growing Importance of Thailand as a CDC Hub
- Site Visit 2
Day 4 (Wednesday):
- Site Visit 3 at Rayong
- Travel back to Bangkok
Day 5 (Thursday):
- The role of Thailand in Automotive and Electronic Manufacturing
- Group discussion and presentation
Day 6 (Friday):
- Individual presentation - My Learning Journey
- Conclusion of Programme

Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
