Module 1: Product Management Fundamentals
In this first module, participants will establish a solid foundation in product management, beginning with the product development lifecycle, market research and idea generation and validation. Participants will learn how to conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify target audiences, their needs, and pain points, enabling them to create products that truly resonate with users. This foundation will position participants for success in subsequent modules that cover the complete cycle, starting from conceptualising a product to its eventual launch.
Module 2: Product Management Frameworks
In this second module, participants will delve deeply into product management frameworks, acquainting themselves with common frameworks such as Agile development and Scrum. This module will further educate participants about product strategy and roadmapping, and user experience and design–two essential components of any product launch. They will master the art of developing product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals, striking a balance between short-term and long-term objectives, and guide successful product development.
Module 3: Launching and Tracking a Product Launch
In this third module, participants will gain proficiency in working alongside developers and enhancing effective communication, having acquired skills in collaborating with UI/UX designers in preceding modules. They will also get to plan a product launch, and learn how to track the progress of their product in order to make informed decisions in iterative development.
