Reflecting on her IPMDE experience, Geraldine shared:

Bringing Perspectives into Industry Conversations
Building on perspectives gained through her IPMDE journey, Geraldine brought these insights into an industry conversation at the ProcureCon Asia Summit 2026. She joined Frederik Schleier and Ben Callaway, with Tracey Yeh as moderator, for a panel discussion on turning AI from a buzzword into a working tool that creates tangible procurement results.
When asked to speak about the human-in-the-loop dimension of AI adoption, Geraldine emphasised:
AI creates the greatest value when it complements human expertise rather than replaces it.
She also shared her views on how AI should augment human judgement rather than replace it, highlighting the importance of context, commercial judgement and accountability. She spoke about the importance of AI literacy and enabling people to work alongside AI with confidence.
