Overview

How can we empower our most valuable asset - people - with the right talent, skills, structure, technology, and culture to succeed in the new world of work? As powerful forces disrupt labour markets and change the nature of how we work, managers and leaders need to take a fresh look at their workforce. The focus of the workshop is on how managers and leaders create a future workforce that can adapt itself to the world as it changes.

The strength and resilience of an organisation lie in the collective engagement of its people in the current world of change.

Change is always at the forefront of management thinking because it is seen as an integral part of how companies survive and grow in competitive markets. The world today is not as it was a decade ago, a year ago, a week ago. And it will not be the same tomorrow. Businesses must be agile to succeed in this changing world. And an agile business requires an agile workforce. Driving value from talent pools that are increasingly independent, mobile, and digitised will require more agile, data-driven, and people-centric approaches to workforce planning, talent management, and organisational culture.

Learn how to empower our right talent to succeed in the new world of work and create a future workforce that can adapt itself to the evolving world.

This module is available on a standalone basis.
