Plenary Session
The event will open with a plenary session featuring an Opening Address by Professor Lily Kong and a Welcome Address by Senior Minister of State for Education, Mr David Neo. A key highlight will be the signing of an MOU between the Institute of Technical Education and all five of Singapore’s polytechnics, marking the first-ever inter-IHL agreement on credit exemptions for the Industry Practice Master of Digital Economy and Industry Graduate Diploma programmes.

Workshop 1: Abundance in the Age of AI: Culture, Innovation, and Change to the Tools that Matter
In this session, Derek Arris will explore the human skills that matter most in the age of AI: mindset, adaptability, innovation, and creative thinking. Participants will be introduced to the core pillars of culture, innovation, and change, with practical tools and techniques to help navigate disruption. The workshop will challenge attendees to cultivate an innovation-driven mindset and embrace change with confidence.
