This programme commences with an introductory session in Singapore, providing participants with insights into economic and social demographic trends shaping the UAE. This is followed by the overseas immersion trip to the UAE, which presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals and companies to navigate the intricacies of the dynamic economic landscape.
Designed to guide participants in exploring business possibilities and identifying areas for expansion, the programme allows immersion in the local business culture, including exposure to local business practices and cultural nuances.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
