SMU Academy is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), recognised as the world’s leading institution for hospitality education in the QS World University Rankings for Hospitality and Leisure Management.
This partnership brings together EHL’s internationally recognised expertise in hospitality and service excellence with SMU Academy’s strengths in business education, leadership development, and industry-focused lifelong learning.
A key area of collaboration under the MOU is the development of a jointly designed Industry Graduate Diploma (IGD) aimed at supporting professionals and organisations across the hospitality, tourism, and related sectors. The programme will focus on equipping learners with practical, future-ready capabilities that address evolving industry needs shaped by technological transformation and growing demand for human-centred experiences.
Through this collaboration, both institutions aim to deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen workforce capabilities, support professional growth, and contribute to the advancement of lifelong learning.
