The Comparison Chart serves as a quick-reference guide that outlines key data protection regulations across Australia, India, and Singapore. It provides a clear and organised overview of how each jurisdiction governs the collection, processing, transfer, and retention of personal data.
Best Practice Guide
The Best Practice Guide seeks to strengthen data protection compliance by providing practical and actionable recommendations. It serves as a valuable resource for achieving robust data protection compliance while aligning with regulatory standards.
Data Protection Maturity Checklist
The Data Protection Maturity Checklist is built around the Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) framework. Designed with key data protection principles in mind, it enables organisations to evaluate their compliance readiness and identify gaps in their practices.
