Overview
Participants will understand the importance of stakeholder management, strategic planning, stakeholder communication strategy and the salient points in managing stakeholders’ expectations. They will also learn how to do due diligence and comply with the regulatory requirements of outsourcing as cloud-based services are adding to the family of financial services offered by the Financial Industry.

Learning Objectives
- Understand the importance of stakeholder management strategic planning and the key components for consideration in the planning.
- Learn about the stakeholder communication strategy
- Learn the salient points in managing stakeholders’ expectations and in containing escalation and conflicts
- Learn the range of added controls and due diligence applicable in outsourcing
- Be aware of the regulatory and compliance requirements of outsourcing and are able to identify the key clauses and service requirements and controls to incorporate in the outsource/vendor contracts.

Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

SkillsFuture Credit
Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman

- Participants are required to bring along their own personal laptop (with administrator rights enabled). Any browser would work such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox.
- For online assessments specifically, note that only the following browser versions are supported:

- Safari version: 4 and above
