This creates the need for the shift of leadership mindset from a “know-it-all” to a “learn-it-all” – vital for building trust and providing psychological safety within the organisation.  

This module explores the critical and evolving role of insurers in the digital health ecosystem by equipping participants with the insights to design, structure, and manage effective partnerships with payers. Participants will gain insights into insurance business models, reimbursement mechanisms and the shift toward value-based care while learning how to align digital health solutions with payer priorities such as cost containment, risk management and improved health outcomes.

Healthcare is a highly regulated industry. There are many Acts regulating drugs, healthcare professionals, medical practices, research and more. What might be acceptable or widely practiced in other industries may not be permissible in health care.

This module extents the development of healthcare analytical expertise into an advanced level (awarded Certified Healthcare Analytical Professional) enabling the participant to better address higher and wider level of healthcare stakeholder needs.

The healthcare value-chain consist of many stakeholders that work together to delivery healthcare services with each having its own objectives and consequently independent needs. This stand-alone configuration presents as a barrier towards better coordination of operations and potentially a reduction in effective decision-making capability. This status quo can be improved by leveraging on healthcare analytics.

Rapidly aging population, rise and early onset of chronic diseases, changing lifestyle habits as well as a perennial shortage of healthcare professionals necessitate the use and creation of new digital technology care delivery models. However, deploying technology at scale into the healthcare setting is often complex in endeavour due to the nuanced nature of the industry. This module’s learnings provide foundational anchor points for participant’s future journeys in digital health.

Money laundering incidents are on the rise in terms of both frequency and complexity. Organisations are increasing their focus on money laundering, risk, controls and prevention. It is necessary for those in the industry to understand the implications and be equipped with updated knowledge in this area.
