Gglot2 offers various ways to plot data and customise it to the way they want to interpret. Having advanced functions expands the ability in delivering statistical meaning of datasets. As such, visualising time series and spatial (i.e., “ggmap” package) data is now possible.

This module explores a more comprehensive set of functions in ggplot2, and visualise data points while effectively delivering the statistical meaning of given datasets. Participants will equip their skills in data analytics through plotting and expanding their skill set in data visualisation.

Participants will explore the architecture of neural networks and learn to implement state-of-the-art models for image classification and feature extraction. The module also introduces transfer learning, enabling participants to leverage pre-trained models for new tasks with minimal effort. By combining theoretical understanding with practical applications, this module equips participants with the skills needed to implement deep learning solutions for real-world business and Artificial Intelligence challenges.

Participants will learn how to utilise state-of-the-art LLMs to solve complex business challenges, from automating workflows to generating insights. The module also introduces agentic workflows, enabling participants to design Artificial Intelligence-powered systems where intelligent agents collaborate to perform tasks autonomously. With a focus on real-world applications, participants will gain hands-on experience in leveraging LLMs and agentic systems to drive organisational efficiency and innovation.

Designed for working professionals, the programme focuses on practical implementation over theoretical concepts, enabling learners to work with advanced Python tools, explore supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, and leverage state-of-the-art AI technologies such as deep learning and large language models. By the end of the course, participants will be proficient in creating end-to-end machine learning pipelines, performing data analysis, and applying cutting-edge AI applications in their industries.

Design Thinking is a human-centric, interdisciplinary approach towards innovation that aims to help companies and startups change and innovate. This course introduces Design Thinking (similar to the IDEO approach – www.ideo.com) and its application to developing better products, services, experiences and business models. The course is divided into four main aspects, all interconnected but separately emphasized:
