Overview

Module 4 is focused on providing compliance officers, legal professionals, and business leaders with the expertise to design and deploy Gen AI-driven tools tailored for compliance and legal operations. Through hands-on exercises and guided instructions, participants will explore the full lifecycle of integrating Gen AI into compliance and legal processes to enhance productivity, risk management, and overall operational efficiency.

By the end of the module, participants will acquire a solid understanding of how Gen AI can transform compliance and legal practices by referencing the latest International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards and guidelines. They will also have built and customised their own compliance/ legal Gen AI applications, aligned with their organisation’s specific needs. Participants will gain practical skills and a clear understanding of how to deploy Gen AI solutions effectively within compliance or legal departments, along with strategies to address potential risks and regulatory concerns.

At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:

Understand how Gen AI can enhance compliance and legal functions by improving efficiency and accuracy
Learn and apply prompt engineering techniques to design effective Gen AI applications for compliance and legal workflows, without any prior coding expertise
Identify and mitigate risks and ethical concerns related to Gen AI in the compliance and legal sectors
Gain practical knowledge to deploy and scale Gen AI solutions within compliance/ legal workflows for maximum impact

Assessment

As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.

Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.
