There are no prerequisites for this programme. Prior knowledge on any of the topics is not required.
Overview
This module is designed for individuals and teams looking to enhance their conversational AI skills and learning about effective prompt techniques. In this course, participants will gain hands-on experience with conversational AI tools and learn how to design and implement conversational AI applications without any coding. The course also includes guidance on responsible use and ethical considerations surrounding conversational AI, helping participants to implement these technologies responsibly and safely.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamentals of conversational AI and its applications
- Analyse the different types of prompt engineering techniques and select the appropriate one for their business needs
- Design conversational prompts that enhance user engagement and maximise accuracy and quality response, while reducing “hallucination”
- Implement conversational AI tools in their business processes to increase productivity and efficiency
- Understand the ethical considerations of using conversational AI and the importance of responsible use
Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.
