Overview
Module 2 aims to equip human resource (HR) and business professionals with the skills to design and deploy Gen AI-powered tools and chatbots tailored for HR functions. Through hands-on exercises and guided instruction, participants will explore the entire lifecycle of integrating Gen AI into HR processes to boost productivity, learning, and overall efficiency. By the end of the module, participants will gain a solid understanding of how Gen AI can revolutionise HR practices referencing the latest International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards and guidelines. They will also have built and customised their own HR apps, aligned to their organisation’s specific needs. These include creating apps like an AI Job Advert Generator, AI HR Interviewer Role Play and any AI custom app. In addition to practical skills, participants will have a clear understanding of how to effectively deploy Gen AI solutions within HR departments, as well as identify the potential risks and constraints associated with these technologies and strategies to mitigate them.

At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:
- Understand how Gen AI can enhance HR functions by improving productivity and streamlining workflows
- Design and launch tailored AI-driven HR tools with no coding skills required
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to design effective HR AI applications
- Identify and mitigate risks and ethical concerns related to generative AI in HR
- Gain practical knowledge to deploy and scale generative AI solutions within HR workflows for maximum impact
Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.
