Who Should Attend
Business owners, Management, Key Personnel and those who wish to gain a comprehensive coverage of the key areas driving the Growth of Enterprises should attend ALL four tracks while the operational tracks in PEOPLE, SERVICE and SALES are highly recommended for supervisory and line personnel.
Programme Requirements
Literacy in English as a Language Medium
Attendee is required to possess basic literacy to read and understand spoken English. Mandarin interpretation will be provided to those who require assistance to comprehend key concepts upon request and subject to availability.
Commitment to Participation and Submit Progress Updates
The Programme requires a high level of commitment from attendees in the participation of activities during on-site sessions and submission of progress updates after the workshops. A report on Punctuality and overall Attendance of learners will be submitted to the sponsoring Enterprise.
Interview to Determine Suitability for the Programme
The programme reserves the right to accept only those who demonstrate a strong desire to learn and progress. Interviews on the reason for attending the programme may be conducted to assess the suitability of applicants.

Where Strategies Meet Results in People, Customers and Sales
Growing enterprises face various challenges as they strive to scale up within their industries, especially in an uncertain economic environment.
The difficulty of managing performance on larger scale centres on the ability of the enterprise to design and take a holistic approach to support planning, encourage employee development, increase customer satisfaction, and raise sales.
Management must make decisions on areas of interest to gain a competitive advantage and prioritise scarce resources towards their achievement. Successful enterprises must seek to stabilise their business operations by investing in the development of talent and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. There is also a critical need to grow sales to cater for increased use of manpower and other expenses related to the expansion of the enterprises.
The RESULTS Programme is a collaboration between SMU Academy, a Champion in Lifelong Learning and Universal Stage, a Consultancy-based Training Firm to offer practical, industry-relevant and impactful content to drive Transformative Performance for Growing Enterprises.

Topic/Structure
To achieve the Advanced Certificate in Growing Enterprises, participants will need to complete the following modules offered by SMU Academy:
Growing Enterprises Module 1: Strategy Development (English & Mandarin)
Growing Enterprises Module 2: People (English & Mandarin)
Growing Enterprises Module 3: Customer (English & Mandarin)
Growing Enterprises Module 4: Sales (English & Mandarin)
The modules need not be taken in sequential order and can be taken in separate cohorts.
This course is also a part of the Advanced Diploma in Growing and Transforming Enterprises.

THE RESULTS is an Outcome-Oriented Programme to Raise Performance for Growing Enterprises. The proprietary design integrates Strategy Development with operational perspectives in People, Service and Sales. Extensive use of Tools and Templates under a Consultancy-based Training Approach facilitates easy learning and immediate application.

Acting in unison, the four tracks provide the impetus for the rise, sustainment and growth of revenue and profits of the enterprise with the ultimate aim of maximizing shareholders’ value.
Assessment
CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of all 4 modules within a maximum duration of 2 years, participants will be awarded a digital Advanced Certificate in Growing Enterprises.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
