Who Should Attend
- Investment professionals or individuals who have a basic understanding of investment management and real estate investment
- Individuals looking to construct an investment portfolio will gain appreciation in the strategy and tactical implementation
PREREQUISITE
To ensure optimal understanding from this course, participants are strongly recommended to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, or have completed the following modules:
- Professional Certificate in Real Estate Investing - Finding Value in Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Business & Real Estate Development
- Professional Certificate in Real Estate Investing - Real Estate Private Equity and Asset Management
- Professional Certificate in Real Estate Investing - Real Estate Valuation & Sustainability Reporting
Overview
Participants would be able to use the knowledge gain to develop an individual investment portfolio as well as develop a meaningful network of like-minded individuals who had completed the course with them. This module will be very useful for participants thinking about retirement planning or aggressively pursuing an investment growth strategy.

Assessment
- Written Assignment
- Group Project
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
