Overview

Redesign business models for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven future - where technology becomes the core of competitive advantage.

This programme centres on architecting comprehensive business model transformations through the systematic integration of emerging technologies and AI capabilities. Distinguished from operational AI implementation or general innovation approaches, the programme emphasises the strategic architecture of entirely new organisational frameworks that position AI as a fundamental competitive differentiator.

Participants will master methodologies for business model canvas redesign, develop systematic approaches for technology driven value proposition creation, and implement enterprise wide transformation strategies that establish organisations as market leaders in the digital economy. The programme synthesises strategic business model theory with practical transformation methodologies to create sustainable competitive advantages through comprehensive organisational redesign and future ready positioning.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the 2-day course, participants will be able to:

  • Architect comprehensive business model transformations using systematic frameworks that integrate emerging technologies as fundamental value drivers, creating entirely new organisational structures and market positioning strategies beyond operational improvements
  • Design integrated transformation ecosystems that connect technological capabilities with strategic organisational evolution through comprehensive change planning, enabling seamless enterprise-wide adaptation and competitive differentiation
  • Implement systematic business model validation methodologies that test technology-integrated value propositions across multiple stakeholder ecosystems, ensuring sustainable market adoption and long-term organisational viability
  • Develop enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps that sequence technological integration with organisational capability building, cultural transformation, and performance measurement systems for sustained competitive advantage

Assessment

As part of the requirement for Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion.
