PREREQUISITES
Participants must ideally have at least 2 years of work experience in financial services or foundational finance industry knowledge.
Overview
This course explores the transformative impact of AI on the finance and accounting landscape. Participants will engage with practical applications, including designing AI-enabled workflows, automating routine processes, and enhancing financial analysis, all while learning to implement these tools responsibly. Through hands-on activities, participants will use LLMs and codeless automation platforms to evaluate how AI can improve efficiency, accuracy, and value creation within finance functions.
This course also covers critical aspects of data quality, governance, and ethical oversight, providing the frameworks needed for responsible AI adoption. By connecting technological trends to real-world applications, this course equips finance professionals to apply AI confidently and ethically, enhancing both operational performance and strategic decision-making capabilities.

Learning Objectives
At the end of the 2-day course, participants will be able to:
- Build capability in applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract insights and perform advanced financial analysis
- Design Artificial Intelligence (AI) workflow automation systems that streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency
- Implement an accountability-driven approach, embedding data quality, governance, and ethical oversight into AI-enabled systems
- Critically evaluate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, fairness, and transparency, applying principles of AI ethics and governance to real-world financial decision-making
- Position themselves as AI strategic leaders, harnessing AI responsibly to create long-term value for clients and organisations
Assessment
As part of the requirement for Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion.

SkillsFuture Credit
Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
