Overview
Want to learn how to create a compelling business case with the perfect pitchbook? Used by investment banks, management consultants, investment and advisory firms at client meetings and presentations, the deliverable forms an important basis and a powerful tool for furthering discussions involving valuation, capital raising, buying or selling a business, debt financing, including the financial and strategic impacts that these recommendations have on companies.
In this 2-day workshop, participants will learn the key elements of a pitchbook, develop selling strategies for equity or M&A deals and acquire practical tips and best practices in creating high impact pitch decks that can win and engage clients.

Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
