Armed with these indispensable skills, participants will be better equipped to navigate and implement personalised engagement strategies, driving market differentiation and business growth.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this 1-day course, participants will be able to:

  • Gain the knowledge and skills to implement customer-centric strategies and leverage hyper-personalisation across various business functions
  • Understand and appreciate the shift from a product-centric to a customer-centric approach and its relevance in today's market
  • Explore the principles of hyper-personalisation in business-to-consumer (B2C), examining cross-industry case studies and best practices
  • Assess and select appropriate customer analytics tools and techniques for crafting personalised customer experiences

Assessment

As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
