Overview
In today’s digital age, the most valuable companies have developed platforms or engaged with those who offer a platform ecosystem. However, understanding the differences in the platform way of doing business is key. To succeed in the digital ecosystem, it is critical to not only know the platform strategy but also learn how this connects with your data analytics, Artificial Intelligence and data strategy.
Using an interactive, experiential approach, this course provides you with tools to develop the skills and capabilities you’ll need to be an effective leader in an era of perpetual change and disruption. It will also show you how to build a tightly integrated understanding of the frameworks so that you can execute with confidence.
Learning Objectives
- Gain an appreciation of digital business models and how they are disrupting existing business ecosystems
- Learn how to identify pain points and opportunities in business ecosystems
- Learn ways to navigate ecosystems through business model innovation to capture identified opportunities
- Develop actionable plans to address the strategy, organisational and cultural challenges to more effectively capture the innovation-based opportunities they face
Participants will be able to earn 14 CPD Points awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants when they attend this module.
