Overview
This programme is designed to be interactive, drawing on first-hand industry and market knowledge with luxury as the focal point, using the automotive sector as a reference. Participants will learn to navigate the complexities of luxury sales, understanding the vital role that intricacies play in crafting successful strategies. The course emphasises the importance of personalisation, consumer trends, digital marketing, and client relationship management in crafting an exceptional luxury experience. Learning Objectives
At the end of this 2-day course, participants will be able to:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the luxury sales landscape, emphasising the global importance of sales and personalised strategies to meet the unique purchasing behaviours of luxury consumers
- Enhance knowledge with advanced luxury sales tactics, focusing on the key players and the dynamics that drive consumer decisions in the luxury market
- Explore the role of digital marketing trends, brand storytelling, and client relationship management in fostering luxury brand loyalty and enhancing customer engagement
- Gain practical, hands-on experience in managing client relationships, with a focus on creating tailored sales approaches that resonate with the varied demographics in Asia
Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.
Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

SkillsFuture Credit
Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
