Overview
This programme equips participants with structured diagnostic tools and resolution strategies to address conflicts in technology-intensive settings with professional confidence. Participants will analyse digital artefacts (e.g., email threads, collaboration platform logs, and workflow records) to trace conflict triggers and escalation patterns in technology-mediated environments.
Participants develop community partnership and effective client communication competencies, positioning themselves as trusted advisors who co-create workable resolutions, facilitate dialogue across digitally connected stakeholder networks, and rebuild collaborative trust in technology-mediated environments following resolved disputes.
This programme is a collaboration between SMU Academy and Universal Stage (UStage), a consultancy-based training company, to equip leaders with the versatile capabilities to lead their people and enterprises in a digitalisation-enabled future.
