McKinsey reports that 70-80% of B2B decision makers prefer remote interactions or digital self-service over face-to-face engagement even after the lockdowns have ended. In other words, B2B sales leaders such as yourself must quickly adapt to this new digital reality. B2B sales are moving online, and there is no turning back.
If you’re worrying about keeping up, this programme is perfect for you. The Strategic Digital Sales Leadership & Management program is designed to help business leaders, founders and sales leaders improve the productivity of their sales teams. Through a combination of hands-on projects and interactive group learning experiences, participants will identify the gaps and opportunities, learn how to build a high-performing sales culture, identify profitable customers and design high-performance sales strategies to drive sales performance.
