Overview
Digital transformation is an agenda item that leaders cannot ignore or delay. You either “eat it” or “be eaten”. However, digital transformation is not easy to pull off as 84% of organisations fail in their digital transformation efforts (source).
Too many organisations approach digital transformation as only a technology transformation when it is much more than that. First, there has to be alignment to the overall corporate strategy. Second, success factors such as culture, people, process, data and analytics, and technology have to be tightly integrated. Third, a collaborative and reverse leadership style is essential to not only lead digital transformation but also, to manage resistance to change.
Drawing on real life practical experience and research that uncovers the fundamentals of digital transformation across enterprises and small medium businesses, “Success Factors for Leading Digital Transformation” gives you an integrated view, provides you with the knowledge and skills as well as, equips you with a proven approach for leading digital transformation.
