Overview
Commencing with its overseas segment in Barcelona, participants will delve into the vibrant sports ecosystem and its innovation landscape and engage with local sports tech startups, learning from entrepreneurs and gaining firsthand experiences.
Following this, participants will journey to Madrid to explore a diverse range of experiences, including learning from renowned sports schools, interacting with leading sports tech ecosystem, in collaboration with Global Sports Innovation Center (GSIC) powered by Microsoft.
Through this immersive experience, participants will develop a profound understanding of the intricate dynamics of the sports ecosystem, cultivating a comprehensive perspective on the synthesis of sports, innovation, and education.

- Organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Trainees must not be a full-time national serviceman
