UNPROMPTED Pte. Ltd.
Founded in 2024, UNPROMPTED Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based AI platform designed for consulting firms. It offers a secure "provenance workspace" to extract, organise and utilise insights from any source. Built by former consultants, the platform supports the entire project lifecycle from data ingestion to verified deliverables. It ensures accuracy, traceability and human verification.
A key differentiator is the "Fact Layer" which serves as a single source of truth with full lineage tracing. As the company scales internationally it operates with a security-first mindset to integrate strict client confidentiality and ethical AI deployment into its product DNA.
The project challenge centred on establishing a structured, enterprise-ready compliance framework capable of navigating complex global data protection and AI regulations while supporting UNPROMPTED’s international growth ambitions:
- Cross-Jurisdictional Regulatory Alignment: Addressing overlapping obligations under Singapore’s PDPA, the EU GDPR, and the emerging EU AI Act within a unified compliance framework.
- Security and Privacy Integration: Aligning existing technical and organisational measures with evolving global regulatory expectations.
- Governance Structuring: Formalising policies, controls, and documentation into an enterprise-ready compliance architecture.
- Data Flow Mapping and Risk Identification: Gaining visibility across critical systems to assess regulatory exposure and identify compliance gaps.
- Enterprise Due Diligence Readiness: Strengthening transparency, accountability, and audit preparedness to meet global client requirements.
- Scalable Global Expansion: Embedding sustainable governance mechanisms capable of supporting long-term international growth.
The following key outcomes were delivered by the project:
- Compliance Toolkit: PDPA/DPTM SS 714:2025 checklist, GDPR checklist, and AI Act risk classification matrix.
- Gap Analysis: Formalised DPO appointments, breach management plans, retention policies, RoPA, DPIA frameworks and consent management.
- Recommendations: Solidify DPO and EU representative roles, update privacy policies, implement DPIA processes, and strengthen consent controls.
Beyond these, the project delivered a phased roadmap for compliance maturity, including immediate optimisations and long-term governance enhancements. The toolkit was designed to be modular, allowing UNPROMPTED to adapt as regulations evolve. Additionally, the team proposed a training curriculum for staff to build awareness and accountability in data handling and AI ethics.
The project delivered significant and multifaceted benefits:
- Strengthened Compliance Governance: Clear accountability structures, risk-tier classification frameworks, and phased implementation roadmaps now anchor regulatory compliance across the organisation.
- Enhanced Transparency and Audit Readiness: Structured documentation, governance dashboards, and standardised toolkits enable expedited audit preparation and more confident responses to client due diligence requests.
- Operational Resilience and Continuity: The phased approach minimised disruption by building upon existing protocols while progressively integrating advanced AI governance into product development cycles.
- Improved Client Confidence and Market Positioning: Robust data protection and AI risk management practices reinforce trust, differentiating UNPROMPTED in a competitive global enterprise market where transparency and security are paramount.
- Future-Ready Regulatory Alignment: Alignment with international standards and emerging AI regulations positions UNPROMPTED ahead of evolving compliance demands, supporting sustainable global expansion.
- Foundation for Ethical AI Leadership: By embedding governance into day-to-day operations and long-term strategy, the company has laid the groundwork for responsible innovation, long-term resilience, and industry leadership in AI compliance.
I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome and the clear actionability of the project learners’ recommendations, as well as the additional background that will allow us to deep dive or easily check details and apply templates. As we're currently in the process of obtaining privacy and security certifications, we will be leveraging many of the project findings immediately.
