This course will build capability to use "Digital Interfaces", "Automation", and "Data Analytics", within the Design Thinking Framework, to transform the Processes, Products, and Services of an organisation.

In 2021 NFTs burst onto the scene and captured mainstream attention. When the crypto bubble burst in 2022, the entire industry was forced through a rough reckoning. Irrespective of the downturn in markets, the innovation in NFTs continues. For the first time, creatives are technologically enabled to capture more value of their work through royalties. Brands from Starbucks to Louis Vuitton are incorporating NFTs to reach new customers and cement loyalty. 

Executives in every industry know that data is important. Without it, there can be no digital transformation to propel the organisation past competitors. There are no analytics driving new sources of revenue. But for data to fuel these initiatives, it must be readily available, of high quality, and relevant.

The risks and potential areas of data and privacy breaches are potentially from an information life-cycle and monetisation perspective. 

This module provides participants with an understanding of data protection risk framework and how to audit for data protection. Participants will learn to audit, identify and analyse these data protection risks and implement changes to address identified gaps.

This module provides participants with an understanding of how to establish and implement a jurisdiction neutral Privacy Information Management System using the ISO 27701. Participants will also learn how to use this framework as part of their audit framework.

This module provides participants with an understanding of how to develop and implement a compliance management system. It leverages standards of  the new ISO 37301.

This module enables participants to understand the importance and principles of managing records. This includes creating the governance framework as well as protecting the authenticity, reliability, integrity and usability of records.
