Overview
Driving value from talent pools that are increasingly independent, mobile, and digitised will require more agile, data-driven, and people-centric approaches to workforce planning, talent management, and organisational culture. As disruptions occur in labour markets, it changes the nature of how businesses work. Managers and leaders need to find ways to develop their workforce through addressing their shortcomings as well as areas for growth and improvement.
Often termed as the greatest asset, human capital plays an instrumental role in the execution of the enterprises’ strategies, initiatives and action plan to achieve targets.
